What is RailOne App?
RailOne is a new super app of Indian Railways, launched for the convenience of rail passengers. It is a “one-stop solution” that provides all the digital services of the Railways on a single platform. Through the RailOne app, passengers can avail ticket booking, train tracking, PNR status check, ordering food, filing complaints and many other services. This app integrates the features of many apps like IRCTC Rail Connect, UTSonMobile, Rail Madad, NTES and Food on Track, so that passengers will not need to download separate apps.
How to install RailOne app?
Follow the following steps to download and install the RailOne app:
Step 1 : Open Google Play Store in your phone and type RailOne in the search bar and then install this app.
Step 2 : Register by entering your phone number
Enter your number and register
Step 3 :Â Enter your name, email id, username, password and click on verify number
Check messages on your phone
Step 4 : Enter the OTP received in the message and verify it
Step 5 : Verify your email
Check your mail
Step 6 : Set mPIN

Benefits of RailOne App
This app brings together several railway services at one place, eliminating the need to use different apps for ticket booking, train tracking or food ordering. That is, you will not have to go to different apps for a single train travel need.
3% discount:
A 3% discount is offered on booking unreserved tickets and platform tickets, making travel more economical.
Single sign-on:
Users can login with their existing IRCTC or UTSonMobile credentials. m-PIN and biometric login are also available, eliminating the need to remember passwords again and again.
Real-time information:
Train live status, PNR status, coach position, and train arrival/departure time information are available in real-time, making travel planning easier.
Food ordering and other services:
Passengers can order food at their seats. Apart from this, facilities like porter booking, taxi booking, and freight enquiry are also available.
Rail Madad and Refund:
It is easy to lodge a complaint through Rail Madad service and apply for a refund by filing a TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt).
It is fast and secure, including registration facility with minimal information.
R-Wallet:
Railways’ digital wallet (R-Wallet) makes ticket booking and other payments even easier. It is secure with biometric or m-PIN verification.
